Ingredients
- 125 g Misses Mie Organic Whole Grain Mie Noodles
- 150 g feta cheese
- 200 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed for the juice
- Thyme, sugar, salt, pepper (to taste)
Preparation
- Squeeze the lemon and place it in a baking dish with the feta, cocktail tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil. Season with thyme, sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Bake at 180°C fan oven for approx. 35 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the noodles according to the package instructions.
- After baking, remove the dish and mix everything well together – the feta and tomatoes are now soft.
- Add the noodles and mix everything well.
