Ingredients
- 125 g Misses Mie organic chili mien noodles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 piece red onion
- 125 g bacon cubes
- 3 spears of green asparagus (in season) or broccoli
- 1 piece of red chili
- Salt, pepper (to taste)
- Parmesan shavings, for garnishing (optional)
Preparation
- Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions.
- Roughly chop the red onion and asparagus and cut the chili pepper into fine rings.
- Fry all ingredients in a pan, season with salt and pepper and garnish with Parmesan shavings.
