Ingredients
- 125 g Mister Mie Organic Vegetable Mie Noodles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 150 g natural tofu
- 50 g broccoli
- 1/2 piece of red bell pepper
- 1 piece of carrots
- Salt, pepper (to taste)
- 5 g spring onions (cut into rings, for garnishing)
Preparation
- Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions.
- Dice the tofu, cut the broccoli into florets, and cut the peppers and carrots into pieces.
- Fry all ingredients in a pan, season with salt and pepper and garnish with spring onions.
