Ingredients
- 250 g rice noodles
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 can of Texas Mix (beans, corn, peppers)
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 60 g grated cheese
- Salt, pepper, Tabasco to taste
Preparation
- Prepare the rice noodles according to the package instructions – simply pour hot water over them and let them stand for about 5 minutes.
- Now fry the minced meat and add the Texas mix and tomato paste.
- Deglaze everything with the vegetable stock and add salt, pepper and Tabasco according to your taste.
- Fold in the rice noodles and pour everything into a casserole dish or other heat-resistant bowl.
Sprinkle the grated cheese over it. - Bake the casserole in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and reached your desired brownness.
