Ingredients
- 250 g rice noodles
- ½ onion, cut into strips
- ½ L vegetable broth
- 100 ml cream
- 15 g Parmesan
- 100 g leaf spinach, frozen
- 100 g smoked salmon, chopped
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp dill, dried or frozen
- Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation
- Cook the onions together with the pasta, vegetable stock, cream and Parmesan.
- Let everything simmer for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Now add the spinach and salmon and let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Finally, season everything with lemon juice, salt, pepper and dill.
