Ingredients
- 250 g rice noodles
- 150 g Pesto Genovese or Pesto Rosso
- 50 g cocktail tomatoes or sun-dried tomatoes, quartered
- 20 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation
- Prepare the Mienoodles according to package instructions –
Simply pour hot water over it and let it steep for about 5 minutes. - Mix all ingredients evenly together.
- Season to your taste with salt, pepper and more Parmesan cheese if you like.
