Ingredients
- 250 g rice noodles
- 80 g peas, frozen
- 100 g meat sausage, diced
- 1 small red bell pepper, diced
- 3 gherkins, diced
- 250 ml salad mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp cucumber water
- Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation
- Prepare the rice noodles according to the package instructions – simply pour hot water over them and let them stand for about 5 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients evenly so that the salad mayonnaise is evenly distributed.
- Season the pasta salad to your taste with salt and pepper.
Depending on your preferred consistency, you can also add more cucumber water.
