Ingredients
- 125 g Mister Mie Organic Ramen Noodles
- 10 g pak choi
- 10 g mung bean sprouts
- 10 g grated carrots
- 1/2 piece of chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 stalk spring onions
- 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1.5 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Preparation
- Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions.
- Mix together sesame seeds, mayonnaise, rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. This will be the dressing.
- Cut the chicken breast into strips or slices and fry in a pan with oil until golden brown. Then, in the same pan, fry the pak choi until soft, like the mung bean sprouts.
- Finally, place the noodles in a bowl and garnish with pak choi, mung bean sprouts, chicken breast pieces, and spring onions. Drizzle it with the sesame dressing.
