Ingredients
- 250 g rice noodles
- 650 ml milk
- 3 tbsp butter
- 150 g cheese (e.g. Cheddar, Parmesan, Emmental)
- Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation
- Put the rice noodles, milk and butter in a pan and bring everything to a boil.
- Then reduce the heat to medium and simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent the noodles from burning.
- Now sprinkle the cheese of your choice on top and stir it while it melts. Just season to taste, and you're done!
