Our Mie noodles are made in our production halls using state-of-the-art machinery. The dough is first prepared, kneaded, and rolled out. The noodles owe their distinctive appearance to a special cutting machine that cuts the dough into fine noodles and folds them into their unique and distinctive shape.

We, Misses Mie & Mister Mie, are a brand of Kim Phi Asia Food GmbH and benefit from years of experience in mie noodle production. Our founder, Le Thanh Nam, initially started by supplying restaurants with his high-quality mie noodles.
You've been enjoying the best mie noodles in restaurants or Asian takeaways for a while now. So that you can also recreate your favorite dishes at home, we've been pursuing our goal of bringing the Vietnamese flavor to your kitchen via retail outlets since the end of 2019 with Misses Mie & Mister Mie.
