Ingredients
- 250 g MMM Japanese Yakisoba
- 1 tbsp sesame or other vegetable oil
- 6 brown mushrooms
- 8 sugar snap peas
- 1 pak choi
- 2 spring onions
Preparation
- Either boil the noodles in plenty of water for about 5 minutes or pour hot water over them and let them simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, wash the vegetables, cut them and add salt.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry the vegetables until crispy, then set aside.
- Sauté the noodles for 2-3 minutes, then add our secret sauce and your chosen fresh vegetables.
