Ingredients
- 250 g Misses Mie & Mister Mie Ramen Noodles
- 1 smoked tofu
- 2 pak choi
- 200 g mushrooms
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- For the miso base: 5 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1-2 tbsp light miso paste, 1 piece of ginger, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp chili flakes
- Optional: sesame seeds, chili flakes, 1-2 spring onions
Preparation
- Prepare the Misses Mie & Mister Mie Ramen according to the package instructions.
- Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Heat oil in a pan and fry for 5-10 minutes.
- Cut the smoked tofu into cubes. Set the cooked mushrooms aside and fry the smoked tofu cubes in the same pan for 5-10 minutes until crispy.
- Meanwhile, finely slice the garlic cloves. Cut off the stem from the bok choy, cut the rest into bite-sized pieces, and wash.
- Set aside the fried tofu cubes and fry the pak choi and garlic in the pan until the pak choi is cooked but still firm to the bite.
- For the miso base, peel the ginger and dice it into small pieces. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and then divide between the empty ramen bowls.
- Place the ramen noodles into the bowls and top with the mushrooms, tofu, and pak choi.
- Finally, pour over very hot water!
- Optional: Top with extra sesame seeds, chili flakes and fresh spring onions.
Enjoy!
